The Schneider Electric Integrated drive from the Lexium ILE1. Decentralized drives consists of a Compact unit with a brushless DC motor and the associated control electronics, yet is Compact in size. These motors are characterized by a high de-energized self-holding torque. This EC motor has a maximum torque of 0.36 Nm and a continuous torque of 0.26 Nm. The voltage-dependent speed is up to 4800 rpm. Control is via CANopen DS301. A single-turn encoder with 12 points per revolution serves as the measuring system. Control inputs for STO are available as a safety function. The supply voltage is 24 to 36 VDC and the flange size for mounting is 66 mm.
