Category temperature range from –55 to +125°C
Rated capacitance range of 150μF with a tolerance of ±20%
Maximum ESR of 37.5mΩ at 125°C and 100kHz
Leakage current is limited to 0.01CV(μA) after 2 minutes
High ripple current capabilities with a rated voltage of 25V
