3M Ceramic Adhesive-Backed/PSA Sanding Disc Abrasive Disc, 203.2 mm, 240+ Grade, 50 Grit

This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive designed for general-purpose sanding, stock removal, scuffing and surface preparation across multiple substrates. It couples a blend of aluminium oxide and precision-shaped ceramic grain on a net support to allow dust extraction when used with a compatible backing pad and vacuum system, and it fits Hookit™ style hook-and-loop attachments for Rapid disc changes.

It is formulated for primer, paint, lacquer, sealers, fillers, putties, gelcoat, composites, timber and metals.

Store in original packaging at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity on a first-in, first-out basis to preserve shelf life.

The net backing permits extraction through the abrasive when paired with a supporting tool and a vacuum system, reducing airborne debris.

The net backing includes integrated loops that mate with hook-and-loop backup pads for fast replacement.
