Fluke Pressure Calibrator, 2.4 Bar Maximum Pressure Measurement, ±0.025 % Accuracy - Fluke-719 30G

This pressure calibrator is a handheld, battery-powered instrument designed for on-site pressure and loop testing in industrial environments. It integrates an electric pump to generate and control pressure while also simulating and sourcing mA signals for current loop diagnostics. The device suits field technicians working on transmitters, valves and I/Ps where rapid, single-handed operation and accurate pressure generation are required.

Features & Benefits

• ±0.025% accuracy for high-precision pressure measurements
• 0.1mbar resolution to detect fine pressure changes
• Built-in electric pump reduces manual hand-pumping effort
• 24V loop supply to power transmitters during tests
• 12h battery life for extended field shifts
• Programmemable pump limits prevent over-pressurisation

**Applications**

• Suitable for calibration of high-accuracy pressure transmitters
• Ideal for troubleshooting 4–20 mA control loops in process plants
• Used for functional testing of pneumatic I/P converters
• Can be used for pressure switch trip point verification
• Suitable for field checks on site-mounted valves and regulators

What pressure range can it handle for typical field tasks?

It supports negative and positive pressures from −850 mbar up to 2.4 bar on the 30 psi variant, allowing verification of sensors and systems that operate below atmospheric pressure and into low‑bar ranges.

How does the instrument assist with current loop diagnostics?

It measures and sources mA with high accuracy and provides a 24V loop supply, enabling simulation of 4–20 mA signals and powering of transmitters while measuring loop response.

What maintenance-related design features improve reliability?

The pump includes a clean‑out port that helps expel moisture and fluids, reducing the likelihood of pump failure and simplifying servicing.

How fast can the pump achieve common test pressures?

The pump reaches −30 psi in under 15 s and −100 psi in under 45 s with 1m of 1/8 in test hose, enabling Rapid setup and cycle testing.

What display and Interface aid field readability?

The unit uses an LCD to present measurement readouts and settings clearly for on-site adjustments and verification.

Note

Warranty is 3 years (pressure calibrator), 1 year (pump)
