Fluke 721 Ex Intrinsically Safe Dual Range Precision Pressure Calibrators


RS offers Fluke dual sensor pressure calibrators for classified environment applications including gas custody transfer measurements in potentially explosive atmospheres. The Fluke 721Ex, with IECEx and Atex Ex ia IIB T3 Gb (Zone 1) has two isolated, stainless steel pressure sensors with accuracies to ±0.025% Full Scale, providing measurement of static pressure and difference in pressure. Each model can be used with a Fluke 720RTD ( 796-1646 ) probe (available separately) for temperature measurement. The Fluke 721Ex is configured by choosing either a 16 psi (1.1bar) or 36 psi (2.48bar) low-pressure sensor, together with one from seven high-pressure ranges: 100; 300; 500; 1000; 1500; 3000; 5000 psi (6.9; 20; 24.5; 69; 103.4; 200; 345 bar). The back-lit display will show two pressure readings and a temperature reading simultaneously. Up to five frequently used setups can be stored.

Optional accessories, available separately, include: transmitter test hoses TTH5K ( 908-3782 ) and TTH10K ( 908-3786 ), providing No Tools Required (NTR) connections between hand pumps or pressure transmitter to the standard IEC ¼" female input on most pressure transmitters worldwide; test hose 700MTH ( 908-3798 ), similar to the 700TTH but with a ¼" male metric hose termination rather than the ¼" NPT male connection; test hose 700M20TH ( 908-3795 ) for use with female Chinese M20 process connections. Also available are the Fluke 700PTPK2 ( 908-3770 ) pneumatic test pressure kit and 700HTPK2 ( 908-3789 ) hydraulic test pressure kit, which are premium versions of Fluke's standard 700PTPK and 700HTPK kits.
