The TEMD5020 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of PIN photodiodes. They are in surface mounted (SMD) packages containing and chip with a 4.4mm² sensitive area. The TEMD5020 photodiodes detect both visible and near IR radiation. They are Ideal for high speed photo detector applications.
