VBPW34 Series PIN Photodiodes


The VBPW34S and VBPW34SR series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon PIN photodiodes. They offer high speed and high sensitivity. The VBPW34S and VBPW34SR devices come in surface mount (SMD) packages containing a 7.5mm² chip. These PIN photodiodes are for detecting visible and near IR radiation.
