The BERNIER CONNECT Audio receptacle for panel 55116 is designed for wiring with a bayonet system and mates with all connectors of the 55116 line. It has 6 solder cup contacts and conforms to standard MIL C 55116. The working voltage is 60 V maximum with a rating current of 500 mA. The contact resistance is less than or equal to 50 mΩ at 25°C and the insulation is greater than or equal to 5000 MΩ. The dielectric rigidity is 500 V eff at 50 Hz. The receptacle is waterproof under 2 m of water for 48 hours. The tightening tool required is 10063.
Shell and nut are MADE of stainless steel
Contacts are MADE of copper alloy with gold over nickel plating
Insulator is MADE of thermoset material
Panel O-ring is MADE of nitrile or fluorosilicone
