Fluke Digital Thermometer, 1767°C Maximum Temperature Measurement, 0.05% + 0.3°C Accuracy - 3621096

This digital thermometer is a single-input, battery-powered handheld instrument designed for logging and spot measurement of contact temperatures across industrial, laboratory and HVAC environments. It accepts a wide range of thermocouple types and displays readings on a large backlit screen, while internal memory captures temperature events for later review.

Features & Benefits

• 0.05% accuracy Plus 0.3°C ensures precise measurements for calibration tasks
• Logs up to 500 readings at user-set intervals for trend analysis
• Accepts J, K, T, E, N, R and S thermocouples to cover diverse sensors
• Internal real-time clock time-stamps each recorded event for traceability
• Infrared USB export enables downstream analysis with PC software
• Sleep mode and AA power deliver around 1000 h operation on three batteries

Applications

• Suitable for process calibration in manufacturing plants
• Ideal for HVAC commissioning and maintenance checks
• Used for food-safety temperature verification and records
• Can be used for motor and bearing contact temperature checks
• Suitable for lab and QA temperature logging during tests

Which thermocouple types can I connect for high-temperature work?

It supports J, K, T, E, N and the PLATINUM types R and S, with R and S capable of measuring up to 1767°C.

How is logged data reviewed and exported?

Logged entries can be recalled on the instrument and exported via an infrared USB link for use with compatible PC software.

What battery arrangement and access does it use?

It runs from three standard AA batteries and features an easy-access battery door that permits replacement without breaking the calibration seal.

How does the instrument handle accuracy compensation?

An electronic offset function compensates for thermocouple errors to optimise overall measurement accuracy.

What environmental limits apply during operation?

It is designed to operate between -10°C and 50°C with specified humidity limits to avoid condensation.
