From TE Connectivity this contact is for use with AMP Circular Plastic Connectors (CPC) Series 5 & 6.

The TE Connectivity POWERBAND series male circular connector has a wire size of 14AWG to 12AWG. The pin contact is made of brass and has silver over nickel contact plating. It can be used with CPC connectors.

Based on the successful and popular standard CPC series, these fully sealed IP65 power connectors utilise precision-formed Powerband contacts that offer a rating of up to 45A for single contacts, in isolation. Manufactured from high strength, impact resistant thermoplastic, rated UL94V-0, these connectors offer an economical, environmentally sealed solution.
