This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive designed for general-purpose sanding, stock removal, surface preparation and intermediate or finish sanding across multiple substrates. It combines a precision-shaped ceramic and aluminium oxide mineral blend on a net support to facilitate dust extraction when used with a backing pad and vacuum system, and it attaches rapidly via a hook-and-loop style Interface integrated into the net.

A supporting pad with matching hook-and-loop attachment and a vacuum extraction unit are required to draw dust through the net backing during operation.

Keep in original packaging at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity on a first-in, first-out basis to avoid shortened shelf life.

Maximum orbits per minute vary by disc size

It is suitable for primers, paints, lacquers, sealants, fillers, putties, gelcoat, composites, timber and metals.
