3M Precision Shaped Ceramic Grain Adhesive-Backed/PSA Sanding Disc Abrasive Disc, 127 mm, 120 Grade, 120 Grit

This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a net-backed abrasive designed for general sanding, stock removal, scuffing and surface preparation across multiple substrates in industrial settings. It pairs with a vacuum-capable backing pad for dust extraction and attaches quickly using a hook-and-loop-compatible system. The construction combines a ceramic-shaped abrasive with aluminium oxide to deliver consistent cutting performance for finishing workflows in automation, electronics, electrical and mechanical environments.

A blend of aluminium oxide and 3M’s precision-shaped ceramic grain is resin-bonded to the net backing to provide both aggressive stock removal and controlled finishing behaviour.

Store in the original box at 16°C to 26°C and 35 to 50% relative humidity on a first-in to first-out basis to avoid shortened shelf life from heat or moisture exposure.

The open net backing is intended to be used with a supporting tool and a vacuum extraction system while the integrated loops mate with Hookit hook-and-loop pads for quick changes.
