The Microchip Low current voltage supervisor designed for monitoring 3.3 V and 3 V systems in microprocessor-based applications. It integrates multiple functions including power supply monitoring, watchdog timing, and both automatic and manual reset capabilities. The device asserts a reset signal when the supply voltage drops below a selectable threshold, when a pushbutton is pressed, or when microprocessor activity is absent for a defined period.
