The Bernstein ESD-safe tweezer equipped with replaceable zirconia ceramic tips, ideal for handling highly sensitive electronic components. Crafted from partially stabilized tetragonal ZrO₂ with Y₂O₃, these tips offer exceptional mechanical and thermal properties: flexural strength of 800 N/mm², modulus of elasticity of 2 x 10⁵ N/mm², hardness of 1350 HV, and a temperature resistance up to 800°C. The tips are electrically dissipative, with resistance between 10⁶ and 10⁹ ohms, ensuring safe handling in electrostatic-sensitive environments.
