The Electrolube GFP150FG is a silicone based, thermally conductive and electrically isolating gap filling pad with a thermal conductivity of 1.5 W/m-K. Due to its flexibility and softness, the GFP150FG is highly suitable for applications where height differences need to be adjusted. The material is reinforced with fiberglass for additional strength and ease of handling.
