The Vishay Silicon PIN Photodiode is a high speed, high sensitivity photodiode with a highly linear photo response. It is a low profile surface mount device with a 0.375 mm² sensitive area and features a daylight blocking filter. This photodiode is specifically matched with IR emitters operating at wavelengths of 850 nm or 950 nm, making it Ideal for applications in infrared sensing and optical communication.
