RS PRO 1050A Aluminium Foil is a high-purity, commercially Pure aluminium foil manufactured from an alloy containing a minimum of 99.5% aluminium. Precision rolled to an ultra-thin 0.1mm thickness and supplied in a fully annealed (O temper) condition, this foil offers exceptional flexibility, formability, and corrosion resistance whilst maintaining excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Manufactured in accordance with BS EN 485-2, it is ideally suited to electrical, electronic, thermal management, and specialist engineering applications where lightweight materials and reliable performance are essential.

The bright silver finish provides excellent reflectivity, while the material's superior ductility allows it to be easily bent, folded, shaped, and fabricated without cracking. As a commercially Pure, non-heat-treatable aluminium alloy, 1050A is widely used in applications requiring high conductivity, low weight, and excellent resistance to atmospheric and chemical corrosion.
