Plain bearings cater for high load applications

To assist with installation, a range of flanged fittings for pipe connection is available separately, in right angle pattern

Each fitting is supplied complete with fixing screws, 0-ring, cutting ring and retaining nut

Gear Pumps


Direction of rotation is clockwise. Nominal displacement is between 4cm³/rev and 22.4cm³/rev for maximum working pressures. Seal material is NBR (nitrile rubber). Fluid working temperature range is -15°C to +80°C. Recommended fluid is mineral oil and recommended viscosity is 10mm²/s to 300mm²/s.

Note

Maximum permissible degree of contamination of pressure fluid to NAS 1638, Class10. To achieve this, we recommend a filter with a minimum retention rate of B20 ≥100. To ensure a long service life; filtration to NAS 1638, Class 9 is recommended - this is achievable with a filter retention rate of B10≥100.
