It operates without inductors, relying on just two external capacitors, which simplifies design and minimizes electromagnetic interference. With an input range from 1.5 V to 10 V, it efficiently converts voltages for low-power analog and digital systems. The device includes an internal oscillator (typically 10 kHz), and supports operation below that frequency for reduced supply current.
