The TE Connectivity Mag-Mate is a crimp magnet wire Terminal designed for efficient connections with lead wires ranging from 26 to 22 AWG or 0.13 to 0.3 mm^2. It features post-tin plating for enhanced durability and measures 12.45 mm in length. TE Connectivity has developed 200 box MAG-MATE Terminals to benefit electric motor manufacturers designing Compact motor systems. With 30% less volume than 300 box MAG-MATE Terminals and compatibility with a wide range of copper and aluminum magnet wire sizes, this insulation displacement contact (IDC) Terminal can support a variety of small motor applications with reliable, efficient, gas-tight connections.
