Intelligent LED Solutions Thermal Gap Pad
The Intelligent LED solution thermal gap pad is specially designed for LED applications to allow better thermal management. This range of insulated metal substrates are known as metal clad printed circuit boards. This is made of metal material. It is compatible with single LED bare PCB for Osram Dragon 20mmx20mm. It allows for more forward current to LEDs. Whilst being able to maintain die temperatures, this results in more light with the potential to use less LEDs for the end application.
