0603 Vishay PVHT High Temperature Thin Film Wraparound Chip Resistors

The Vishay PVHT series of chip resistors have been optimised for severe temperature conditions up to 250°C powered, or 270°C unpowered. Offering high stability, these thin film resistors feature tolerance down to 0.05% and a temperature coefficient down to 5 ppm/°C. These sulphur resistant chip resistors are constructed with gold terminals and provide a load life stability of 0.8% after 2000 hours at 250°C.

Features and Benefits:

Ability to withstand very high temperatures;Operating temperature range: -55 °C; +250 °C

Storage temperature: -55 °C; +270 °C;Gold terminations (< 1 μm thick)

Applications:

Automotive (engine, gear box, brake, battery management), smart power (inverters, ammeters, grid control), industrial control and measurement systems, avionics (flight control computers), and exploration (down hole drilling).
