RS PRO Butt Splice Connector, Tin 16 mm²
The thick walls and broad gauge of this splice connector make it ideal for demanding electrical situations where you need to set up a reliable circuit. It's suited to multi-stranded cables and can withstand high levels of vibration.
This butt splice connector has a crimping termination method – just use pliers or crimpers to physically deform the connector around the wire, enabling a compression-type connection between two wire ends. No soldering is required, saving you time and delivering reliable connections, which can be easily changed if necessary. Contributing further to its reliability, the copper contacts of this splice connector are tin-plated to protect against the effects of corrosion, oxidation and degradation.
