The Hakko rework station can provide powerful hot airflow and high output for repairing high density mounting substrates. The high volume airflow and high output make it possible to carry out repairs more quickly than would be expected using conventional equipment. This reduces the thermal impact on boards and components. It also provides a vacuum pick up facility which will only remove components when the solder is molten. This will prevent the use of excessive force which could potentially damage the PCB. The new N51 Series nozzles improve work efficiency with uniform hot air convection heating inside the nozzle. This is created due to vents on the nozzle top. The N51-02 Nozzle is included with this unit, other nozzles are available to purchase separately.
