It operates from a 24V DC supply and includes visible LED status and diagnostic indicators to assist system integration and fault analysis.

Features and Benefits:

• SIL3 safety integrity delivering high functional safety
• Category 4 PL e performance for risk reduction
• IP67 IP69K enclosure for harsh environment protection
• 100mA output current enabling low-power safety circuits
• Multi-directional actuation across five head orientations

Applications

• Suitable for guarding on automated production lines
• Ideal for integration with safety controllers via Flexi Loop
• Used with safety relays for access monitoring circuits
• Can be used for diagnostics-enabled series safety networks

What supply voltage range does it accept?

It runs from 24V DC with an operating window of 19.2V DC to 28.8V DC.

How is the device connected electrically?

It uses a 5-pin M12 cable and plug with a 0.2m factory cable and supports long cable runs up to 200m.

What environmental stresses can it withstand?

It tolerates vibration 10Hz to 55Hz at 1mm and shock 30g for 11 MS per relevant standards.

How does the auxiliary contact behave?

The auxiliary contact operates complementary to the safety outputs for additional signalling.

What diagnostic or status feedback is available?

LEDs provide status and diagnostic indications to aid commissioning and fault finding.
