Omron D4GS Safety Rated Interlock Switch, Keyed, Plastic, Key

This safety-rated interlock switch is a Compact keyed device intended to monitor and lock access to guards and doors in industrial systems. It is designed for applications requiring a keyed lock mechanism and direct-opening safety contacts to interrupt hazardous machinery circuits. The unit is constructed from plastic with a sealed main body for use where ingress resistance is required and is suited to control circuits in automation and electrical installations.

The unit is supplied with a multi-core cable (UL2464, AWG22) finished to an o.d. of 7.2 mm and requires unused cores to be cut back to the outer sheath during installation.

Use a gI or gG fuse sized according to IEC 60269 recommendations when operating to EN ratings and calculate breaking capacity at 150–200% of rated current.
