The STMicroelectronics 3 phase inverter evaluation board is built around the STDRIVEG611 half bridge GaN gate driver, a 75 mΩ 650 V e mode GaN HEMT, and the high performance STM32G431RBT3 microcontroller featuring an Arm Cortex® M4 core running at 170 MHz This Advanced design enables efficient and precise motor control. The board supports sensorless field oriented control (FOC), making it suitable for driving permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) and brushless DC (BLDC) motors. Its versatility allows it to address a wide range of applications, including refrigerator compressors, pumps, fans, and industrial appliances.
