With this pneumatic guided cylinder from Festo, you can apply controlled linear movement to sideloading tasks. Its high resistance to torques and lateral forces prevents the unit's piston from turning under heavy loads. This ensures operational stability and precise movement. Elastic cushioning plates at both ends of the cylinder help reduce operational noise and increase the unit's service life. The drive and guide are supplied in a single, compact housing that can be assembled in any position. This component is maintenance-free and suitable for clamping, lifting and stopping applications.

The Festo's DFM series of guided actuator have flexible cushioning plate to reduce noise during operation and increase service life.
