PVC Ball Valve with Pneumatic Actuator
A pneumatically operated ball valve based on George Fischer’s 546 range of ball valves and the PA11 pneumatic actuator. Engineered to provide a highly reliable and versatile solution for applications which require a modular unit for specialist applications.
The ball has been manufactured with a smooth finish ensuring a leak free fit whilst keeping the actuation force required to a minimum. A precisely engineered breakpoint in the stem ensures that if the worst should happen, media leaking outside the valve will be prevented. A dynamic backing seal design that ensures the ball seal remains in position and pressed against the ball always guarantees the fluid passage remains sealed tight regardless of pulsation or water hammer.
