Phoenix Contact Pluggable Terminal Block, 90° Connection, Cable Mounting Type - MCVW 1,5/ 8-ST-3,81 - 1827033

Connect multiple conductors to a PCB with this pluggable eight-way Terminal Block from Phoenix Contact. It simply clips into an eight-way header (883-3394) with a standard 3.81mm pitch. This makes sure mounting is hassle-free whether you're creating board-to-board or wire-to-board connections. To ensure your wiring stays secure in the face of vibration, the Block has screw Terminals with tension sleeves.

As cable entry is set at 90°, you can use the unit to create an angled interconnection and reduce wire strain. Roomy slots can take solid conductors and stranded wires with or without ferrules. They allow the connection of two conductors with the same cross-section, giving you plenty of connection flexibility. Insulating polyamide housing is on hand to keep your circuits working reliably. This tough material is thermally stable, resistant to chemicals and flame retardant, so it's handy for industrial automation, safety systems and power-supply applications.

Features & Benefits

• Designed for maximum contact force and low temperature rise, making electrical connections dependable

• 320V voltage rating for use in high-power applications

• Green housing for colour-coding your connections in complex systems
