RS PRO 87d B, Panel Mounting Continuous Internal Buzzer
This continuous piezo buzzer from RS PRO can be used as an alarm in a wide range of electronic devices. It runs on a low current of just 14 mA to produce an 87 dB sound output and a high frequency range.
The DC buzzer's internal drive means it doesn't require any additional circuitry in order to generate sound, making the job easier for systems engineers. PCB pin connectors enable you to easily solder connections to a printed circuit board (PCB). The buzzer can be used at temperatures down to -30°C and up to +85°C making it suitable for use in a wide range of environments.
The buzzer conforms to US (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and UK (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 Electrostatic Control Standards), meaning it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge. Buzzers of this kind are commonly used in devices ranging from electronic toys to automotive equipment.
