RS PRO 87dB, Panel-mount Continuous Internal Piezo Buzzer
Part of our RS PRO range, these internal piezo buzzers are ideal for connecting to industrial equipment and can operate between 4 V DC and 28 V DC. In addition to this high-voltage range, they offer loud and continuous sound.
These buzzer components can function between -30°C to +85°C and need only an 18 mA supply current. Piezo buzzers won't affect surrounding circuitry because they don't use magnets or coils to create sound. Their versatility makes them less likely to malfunction while connected to higher-voltage, heavy-duty equipment. Their 87 dB tone is continuous and clear, even in noisy workplaces.
They've been stringently tested to conform to the highest of standards, including the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 electrostatic control standards. With their compact size, robust construction and clearly audible volume, they're commonly used as sounders on industrial equipment.
