SFH 320 ams OSRAM, TOPLED IR Phototransistor, Surface Mount 2-Pin PLCC package

This family of NPN phototransistors, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, are from their TOPLED® series. The TOPLED® phototransistors have a surface mount (SMD) PLCC-2 package with a clear or daylight diffused lens.
