BPW24R Series PIN Photodiodes
The BPW24R series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in the standard TO-18 package with a hermetically sealed metal can with a glass lens. This makes the BPW24R suitable for high speed photo detector applications in harsh conditions.
