The ON Semiconductor LM324/LM224/LM2902/NCV2902 quad operational amplifiers with true differential inputs can operate at supply voltages between 3 V and 32 V.

The common mode input range includes the negative supply eliminating the need for external biasing components in many applications. The output voltage range also includes the negative power supply voltage.
