Building a DOL starter for your motor? Choose this enclosure from Schneider Electric. It has plenty of room for you to wire in an LC1K contactor (188-4689) and a GV2ME circuit breaker (395-0251), so you can create a combined motor starter and electrical safety device. The enclosure is made from tough polycarbonate, which stands up to impact in demanding settings. Adaptable panels on the front mean you can customise it with an emergency stop (608-8264) and a pilot light (279-6028).

These motor starters are available in a selection of formats. All have removable steel base plates for rigidity when mounting to an uneven surface and ease of earthing and wiring and an impact resistant polycarbonate front cover which is adaptable to enable the fitting of other components without drilling. Switching category is AC3 and the enclosures are IP65 rated.
