The TDK high temperature application C series, commercial grade of TDK's multilayer ceramic chip capacitor, is a product whose maximum operating temperature is 150 degree Celsius. The capacitance range is up to 22μF. It is used in applications such as decoupling, smoothing, snubber and resonant circuits of equipment operating in a high temperature environment, Peripheral circuits of high temperature devices such as IGBT, SiC, GaN.

NP0 type having excellent temperature stability
DC bias characteristics is also available
