Overview

The 3D LiDAR sensors are designed for outdoor field evaluation, offering flexible fields on four levels and data output. They have a working range of 0.2m to 64m, scanning range of 16m to 30m, and can evaluate up to 64 fields with 3 echoes per set. They have an IP65 and IP67 enclosure rating. SICK has introduced the MRS1000 multi-layer scanner, a 3D LiDAR sensor designed to deliver precise and reliable object detection and measurement across multiple dimensions and in real-time. This innovative sensor utilizes multiple scan layers and angles to collect extensive data, enabling it to detect and respond to objects on the ground as well as obstacles in its path.

Notably rugged, the MRS1000 withstands adverse environmental conditions such as rain, dust, and fog with ease. The incorporation of the new HDDM+ process, featuring multi-echo evaluation, ensures dependable object detection and accurate measurement outcomes. With its versatility for indoor and outdoor applications, the MRS1000 stands out as an efficient and adaptable solution among 3D LiDAR sensors.
