The VCC Light Pipe assembly involves inserting the light pipe through the panel hole, sliding the lock washer onto the lens barrel of the light pipe, and twisting on the retaining ring. Then, slide the PCB into position, ensuring the LED is aligned with the end of the light pipe unit. The light pipe is made from clear optical-grade acrylic (UL 94-HB), the lens is made from polycarbonate (UL 94-V2), and the seal is made from EPDM for added durability.
