The VCC Moisture Sealed Rigid Light Pipe is designed to mount securely in a panel with a hole diameter ranging from 7.95mm to 8.55mm, spaced 12.7mm apart. It supports panel thicknesses between 0.8mm and 3.18mm. The operating temperature range for the light pipe is -40°C to 102°C, with the lens rated for -40°C to 126°C, the EPDM 70A seal for -53.8°C to 148.8°C, and the nut for -60°C to 120°C. The washer (CR steel) is also included in the assembly. To assemble, insert the light pipe through the panel hole, slide the lock washer onto the lens barrel, twist on the retaining ring, and then slide the PCB into position, aligning the LED with the end of the light pipe.
