RS PRO Steel M5 x 0.8 Clevis, 26 mm x 10 mm
The high quality of these clevis fasteners from the RS PRO series makes them ideal for applications that demand compact yet robust components. They're U-shaped in design and have two holes for a pin to be inserted. This allows a flexible connection to be created when materials are joined together, as the parts rotate about the axis of the pin.
Each clevis pin has an M5 x 0.8 thread and spring clips that secure the pins to the body of a clevis joint. The result is a firmer hold than the connection achieved when using a standard retaining pin.
Zinc-plating for the coating of the pins means they're resistant to corrosion. For this reason, they're commonly used in environments such as food, medical and petrochemical industries where rough usage and wear and tear is more likely to occur.
