RS PRO Latching Foot Switch – Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic Case Material, SP-CO, 15 A Contact Current, 250 V Contact
This RS PRO foot switch is a latching type of switch you will activate by applying pressure on the pedal. The switch remains in the contact position until you disconnect it by pressing the pedal again.
This product features a robust case made from plastic reinforced with glass fibre, which ensures it's well insulated, strong and durable. It also features galvanically separated contacts to minimise the risk of an electric shock and make sure it's safe to use. The switch complies with IP20 (Ingress Protection) standard, so you can rest assured it's well protected from dust.
It meets electrostatic discharge (ESD) requirements and complies with American (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and British (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) standards, so you can be sure the hazard of discharge is minimal. It also has a number of international safety certifications, which guarantee it's safe to use.
