The ROHM 32 Kbit serial EEPROM from the Automotive 2-Wire I²C BUS Series is engineered for high-temperature environments, supporting operation up to 125 °C. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and designed to meet functional safety standards in automotive applications. Control is achieved via a standard 2-wire I²C interface using Serial Clock (SCL) and Serial Data (SDA) lines. With an operating voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V, it also supports data transfer speeds up to 1 MHz for efficient communication.
