RS PRO 1319A is a great value, high accuracy digital thermometer for use with any K-type thermocouple as a temperature sensor. It features a dual LCD display which shows temperature reading (main display) and MAX /MIN / AVERAGE or offset reference value - in RELATIVE mode (secondary display). A digital thermometer can measure temperature to a decimal point rather than a whole number meaning its results are more accurate.
