RS Pro PCB Mount DC power socket is a right angle socket connector designed to couple with push-fit 2.1 mm power plugs. The contacts for the DC power sockets are nickel plated with copper contact material and have a current rating of 2.5 A. This PCB Mount socket has sturdy tabs providing reliable and secure connection. This PCB Mount DC power socket connectors has many small appliance applications including portable radios. DC Power sockets are also known as a Barrel Connector or Tip connectors.
