The Bernstein ESD top cutters Blackline dissipative, 115 mm, feature a flush cutting edge with a mini side face cut and a small top for precision applications. They offer a cutting capacity of 0.8 mm for soft materials and 0.6 mm for medium materials, but are not suitable for hard or piano wire cutting.
