This adhesive-backed/PSA sanding disc is a 150mm abrasive disc designed for industrial material removal and finishing. It employs precision-shaped grain to maintain cutting performance across metals, woods and composites while a J-weight cloth backing offers a balance of durability and flexibility for demanding sanding tasks in automation, electronics, electrical and mechanical environments.

The multi-hole extraction pattern is engineered to work with vacuum back-up pads and dust collection to remove debris and reduce loading when used with an appropriate extraction system.

The precision-shaped mineral is effective on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, hardwoods, softwoods and composite laminates, providing high removal rates on stubborn materials.

A hook-and-loop style Hookit attachment is incorporated to speed disc replacement and maintain stable fitment on compatible back-up pads.

The open coat grain layout prevents clogging and the grain fractures to renew cutting edges, resulting in longer service life under heavy-stock removal conditions.
