Diodes Inc ZSR Series positive voltage regulator is a fixed output from 3 V up to 10 V achieving 200 mA current outputs. The voltage regulator can be used in various applications in electronic productions such as power supplies, on board post regulation, and it can also be used in Industrial and consumer applications. The robust linear voltage IC comes complete with thermal shutdown and internal current limiting.
