The MPS International Ltd Low dropout linear regulator operating over a single input supply between 1.35V and 6.5V. The output voltage can be adjusted via an external resistor divider. It can supply up to 500mA of load current, and the enable (EN) pin allows the part to be put into a low current shutdown mode.
