The Microchip precision buffered voltage reference is capable of sinking and sourcing 20mA of current. The voltage reference is a low-drift bandgap-based reference. The bandgap uses chopper-based amplifiers which significantly reduces the drift and provides high current output. It is available in a very small 2x2 WDFN package, as well as the SOT-23 and SOIC packages. SOT-23 package is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified.
